Can UPP do...???

I just can't believe that UPP can do this thing, but after I clay bar the car fallowed by Mother's Pre-wax cleaner/polish and then UPP. Up to the Mother's step the rear bumper was perfect math with the side panel. After UPP the bumper became yellowish. Can I blame UPP for that and what should I do to make the paint same as the panel?
The whole body kit was painted back in June of 2007 and the rear was perfect match. Now the rear shows mismatch but side skirts and front is fine.
Pleas HELP!!!

Use the precleaner again followed by a 50/50 mix of rubbing alcohol & water .. this should remove the UPP .. have a look then.

Ok,
I will do that and then what? Wax the rear bumper with something else? Perhaps, Mothers's wax?

I have the WDP too and have used all kinds of waxes on it but mostly Zaino and Klasse SG .. but I have applied Meguiars #16 carnuba on top of it and never experienced discoloration

I haven't used UPP tho .. but its supposed to be a good product.

When you do what I suggested only do 1/2 the bumper and look in good light to see if it helped.

I did notice on mine that claybarring did alter the mismatch some.

Hey Jesstzn,
you might say that I don't listen, but I wanted to fallow with a second coat just to see what will happen with UPP. I washed the car and then I applied the UPP. you might say I'm loosing it, but now the bumper shows no difference. I can't believe. After 24 hours, I'm planing to top it with Mother's Carnauba Wax because I have this from last year.
