Blackfire, anyone here use it.

I'm looking for something better than zanio. I came across Blackfire at www.properautocare.com. Any info would be great.
Thanx

Yep... I use it. It's GREAT!!! Goes on easy, comes off easy... Longevity is good too, from what I've been able to tell.

Check my sig for additional pics...

The HELL with BlackFire and the HELL with Zaino….I want that GARAGE.

Hell, I’ll take a 1,000 square foot SHACK for a home as long as it has a garage like THAT one along side.

I went and order the Blackfire kit this past friday. It's worth a try. I don't know, I might hate it as much as zanio.

I hope you didn't order the car wash... It's rumored that it reduces the longevity of the polish.

I purchased the kit. So it does come with the shampoo. I read a lot of threads on the Autopia Forum that state that the new change in the BF- All finish Paint Protection is suppossed to be close if not the same as zanio.

not yet. call them to do the order and ask for the blackfire 2 or the blackfire new formula. the people at autopia who have got it and tested it while it was being made have had great results.
with durability lasting for months and through alot of washes.
also supposedly has alot less dust. Im waiting to order mine.
cause I want the orange pads they have but they are out of stock.

http://www.autopia.org/forums/showth...8&pagenumber=1

for the autopia thread.

I've tried blackfire on my 00 FBP Civic Si. Didn't like it. Seemed a little to artificial compared to the Klasse/Blitz shine I had on it. Longevity was nice though.

OK, I’m still confused.
This new stuff has “less” dust, but Zaino has NO dust .

How is that “better” ???

I'm not sure about the whole "dust" thing...

I've never had that problem.

when i meant dust. I meant dust attraction.
zaino attracts a lil bit of dust just like any other polymer.

when you are applying it is dustless because polymers aren't like waxes. blackfire is the sameway.

hmm and Im just stating my opinion your welcome to try the new blackfire and decide for yourself

Blackfire is a very nice product and while I also use Zaino, I prefer the Blackfire as I get the same results with less hassle.

Now as for the "dust" issue, the Zaino does attract dust, contrary to what the Zaino web site says. One Grand Blitz also seems to have an issue with static electricity, more so than any other product I have used.

The Blackfire lasts a good while especially if topped off with a nice carnuba.

Hope that helps,

Anthony

Where was I??? There is a Blackfire 2. I was unaware of this. So is my father. We are faithfuls of the product and I was just about to order the new BF-303 All finish paint protectant. I see no dust when using BF unless you are using a towel or cheap cloth. I want BF 2 if there is a such thing NOW! I am running out of BF and i don't want switch to the leftover Zaino i have.

Wow SCRIB....I joined autopia and there is a guy that was a zaino faithful until using the new blackfire. He said he used 70-80 coats of zaino and the new blackfire matched that. With a couple coats

Once i found out where to order I will just by the new paint protection and post EXTREMELY GOOD PICS of a black cls with a shitty digi camera. OHHHHH i can't wait :wackit: :wackit: I must buy it now NOW NOW NOW!
