best way to remove rain spots?

Rains almost daily here in florida. The rain has dirt particles but what is more annoying is spotting, although on recently waxed car it doesn't spot too visibly. Is there any product suggestion to quickly be able to remove these spots on black car?

??? Would YOU claybar your car everytime it rains? cmon...

Try using Mothers Showtime spray. Gets rid of the spots and keeps the car shiney. Or if you can get it, Zaino Z-6 is what I use...

Try Meguires NXT Wax. If you don't want to do that everytime it rains, maybe try the NXT Booster Wax. That's an easy spray-on.

who said to use it after everytime it's rained?

I'm assuming he's already washed the car prior to the rain and the water spots remain.

If it can't be removed w/ simple washing, more aggresive tactics need to be used. Personally, i've always been able to get water spots off w/ warm water.

I use Meguiars Quik Detailer. Its really really easy..just spray it on the car, wipe around with a cloth, then polish off (I use the microfibre cloth).
Its just rained here a bit, so I went over the car with this, and am really impressed.

Cl means water spots that have etched in the finish.

Florida I think means the ones that just sit there after a rain. He's trying to remove them before they get etched in.

I dont have this problem too often, but I'm thinking a less expensive alternative to some "booster wax" or detail spray is to wipe down with a wet chamois or synthetic chamois. Anyone see a problem with that?

Sometimes I get sap or bird bombs. Car isnt "dirty," but if I just rinse I get spotting. So I have taken to rinsing and wiping.

I dont think thats the right assumption. He's talking about the spots that will show up just after a rain, not accumliation of spots over time...

i am talking just after a rain, as the black color shows the rain quite a bit. I have started using detail sprays- just spray on and wipe off with microfiber. I can wipe the whole car down real quickly and most of these products are only around five bucks a bottle. you can use the detail sprays as long as you have a fairly clean car. have not tried the meguiars quick detailer but seems like a lot of people use it.

my friends use quik detailer on their car. me personally, i would just wait until it's time to wash the car. once a week is fine enough. i don't like the idea of wiping off dirt if i'm not actually washing the car.

removing water spots

Clay Magic is a great bar of clay and very simple to use. Stay away from Meguires clay unless you prefer the scuffed paint look. If your car has a good coat of synthectic wax such as Zanio or Einszetts or Klasse then the Florida water spots should be no problem. I keep ours done up with Einszetts Glanz and we live in central Florida and I have no problems with rain spots. If they get too bad then work it with the clay bar.
