Best way to clean/condition leather seats?

I was wondering if i could get a direct answer on the propper way to clean/condition my leather seats. I've heard of a few different ways but i don't want to ruin my seats.

Thanks.

I clean them with Woolite and water (~1:10) and a nice MF towel.

I've use Meg's Gold Class Leather Cleaner/Conditioner after that.

There may be some better conditioning products, but the Meg's seems to work OK and it's easy to find.

I second the Lexol leather conditioner. I also use the Lexol cleaner as its suppose to be pH balanced.

Note the TL is split grain leather with a coated top layer.
You can verify these by seeing if water drops are absorbed or ... you can scratch the top layer off with fingernail {do it in an underside area}.
Harsh cleaner will remove this top coated layer.
Better leather is full grain and it absorbs water.
Top Grain is for those $ 200K + cars.

I only use warm water for rountine cleaning on my leather.
Water is PH balanced and non abrasive. Its natural and cheap.
But then I have Ebony Millano full grain in my MDX.
Previous TL {Wife's} car used the Acura dealer product and warm water but there is no way to stop light colored coated split leather from wearing creasing in the long term.
All leather will wear and darker shows less wear.

I second the warm water on a wash cloth. It's simple, but works well.
