I try not to use anything by keeping car clean (no smoking, no foods, etc.)

But once in a while, I'll pick up one of these

Black ice smells good. Only lasts for 3-5 days tops.

^These. They are probably the best bang for the buck. They last for a few weeks and smell great.

I like to use some of the yankee candle car air-fresheners, I'll just stick 2 (still in their plastic with the tops cut off) under the front seats and leave them there. They work for a couple of months!

Plus no food in the car and such always helps!

Same for me. Since last year I've been using the leather scent in my Infiniti. Been using one of those plastic car jars or the vent sticks.

Black Ice smells like a 80 yr old mans bad cologne...If you plan on getting Black Ice don't pull the whole tree out of the package it's way to strong and will make people sick to there stomach after a 10 minute car ride

I had prime shipping and got my Sasquatch air freshener on Tuesday. It's a very very strong scent, definitely fills up the car.

Honestly the best or most pleasant without it smelling like a girls car-yet every time a girl gets in the first thing they say is " OMG your cars smells amazing" is the Orange tree air fresheners labeled as "coconut" You cant go wrong like $2 for a three pack.

Yeah it's by chemical guys. Kind of hard to explain the smell other than it lives up to it's name. Smells like a hot ass stripper, which is a good thing. Doesn't last a long time so your not stuck with it.

I wish I saw this before. I got black ice and morning fresh, and put them both in. The smell is terrible, smells like chemical and hand sanitizer mixed with axe.

I am ordering the JDM squash now.

I use the California Scent, Newport New Car air fresheners Patrick sold when he operated Excel Detail. I still have 1 left. Very light scent that lasts a good 1.5-2 months.

http://www.californiascents.com/Citr...e_newport.aspx

I open the can half way and slide it under the driver's seat. About a month later I will pull it back out and take the entire lid off.

I also wipe down the entire interior weekly with Meguiar's QID and also sweep it out. Finally, I leave my windows open in the garage overnight so the interior can vent/breathe.

Going to pickup the stripper scent. I like the smell of my cars interior after its all cleaned, but all of the chemicals together smell rough after a few days of fermenting in the sun. I used to use the little tree new car scent and it smells okay, but not my style it's too strong. I tried the driven air fresheners and it just smells odd and is not strong at all.

Stripper scent it is!

if your black ice is lasting only 3 to 5 days max, you are doing it wrong, mine usually last 1 month.

I use the California Scent cans. I picked up a few last time I was in Target for $1 each. They last forever.

Well not really forever, but 2-3 months for me.

Bacon air fresheners, I got some as a gift, they smell awesome!!! For my TL I use Chemical Guys new car scent. I got a big bottle of it for cheap, plus you can dilute it so it lasts forever. The scent doesn't last very long but that is a good thing if you want to change scents often. I'm very interested in those box thingys however, might have to check those out.

When you guys say Black Ice, are you referring to the litle tree shaped ones? I had no idea those were popular at all.

I think I still have a couple dozen CCS left.....No need to recreate the wheel on this one....lol
Also, those little boxy air fresheners were like $11.00, before shipping? How can they sell those for that price with a clear conscience? Thats before shipping?

I always get compliments on how nice my vehicle smells. I keep one in my cup holder and I swap it out every two weeks. Cornado Cherry smells just like starburst!

I've got the auto expressions vent fresh in new car smell or outdoor breeze. Reminds me of when I first bought my car. Smells good to me and lasts very very long because I pulled out the backing halfway so it's not too overwhelming either. Bought a bunch of them on clearance for a buck each.

Yes, it is good. And oh soooo strong. I made the mistake of opening it up all the way and I left a hoodie sweatshirt in the car for a few hours. The hoodie smelled like the air freshener even after going through a wash.
