Autoglym?

Has anyone tried this "Autoglym polish" or the HD WAX? I notice it is very expensive, but sounds pretty damn good. I usually use Meguiars tech wax, or gold class, but I am looking for something better...let me know guys!

How much is Autoglym HD at Canadian Tire? Its only $35 here at Wal-Mart.

From what I know their polishes aren't the best, Custom Wheel Cleaner is supposed to be the shizz, doing amazing on tires too.

The Duragloss #105 ... megs #21 .... 4* UPP are all sealants that fall into the "something better" Than the NXT and GC.

Dave just head over to eshine.ca and pick up some real detailing products. I've made 4 large purchases from them. Fantastic selection, good prices, fast shipping. Best detailing supplier in Canada as far as I know. Don't waste your time with over the counter bullshit. That's not how you achieve the results you truly want for your car.

98% of a good shine on a car is in the prep .. not the wax/sealant.

You can put 20 coats of wax on dog shit and all you end up with is shiny dog shit.

Alright so from what I have read. this stuff used to cost 100 bucks shipped. But then Walmart made a deal and brought the price down big time.

I personally have no experience with it since I use 1z products and I love it to death.

Be very careful when QD'ing a car with polen on it .. Polen can be very abrasive.

There is a magnified photo on Wikipedia that show what pollen looks like. It has exine (barbs) that anchors to the paint surface protection (polymer sealant or wax) and will cause marring; many detailers mistakenly try to cure the ‘problem’ by wiping the paint surface with anti-static quick detailers (QD) and / or wiping with a California Duster
