any suggestions on paint jobs?????

hey everyone, i have a 04 wdp tl and it has scratches all over... but there light scratches, as if someone cleaned it with a sharp cloth or something, and also my bumper has some chips because people in new york cant park!!!!.... does anyone have any waxing tips or ideas i can use to shine my car up again......thanks!
