3rd Gen TL Fading dash? Use Granitize Auto Gloss

So I was having the faded dash problem that alot of 3rd Gen TL's have and 303 or anything for that matter wasn't bringing out the luster in the leather. So after hearing that Acura had a product that worked fairly well at bringing back the original color of the dash I went to check it out. Everyone said Acura used an OEM Acura cleaner/conditioner to bring it back, but my dealer used a product called Granitize Auto Gloss. I was confused at first, but since there was no charge I figured why the hell not. After they brought it out after completion, the dash looked better than when a purchased the car. Since I bought it used I can't attest for what it looked like new......but I'm sure it had to look similar to this. This product made the ebony on the dash look identical to the ebony on my doors/seats. Its amazing

I would definately back this product if you have the fading dash problems on a 3rd gen.

Has anyone used any other granitize products?

VPC-16
VINYL PROTECTOR (16oz)
Vinyl/Rubber Leather Protector - A thick creamy formulation developed to condition and protect beyond the cosmetic appearance of the common dressings.

By the way my dealer tried to charge $35 for a bottle of this, but I found it online for around $13

Not sure where you read this, since I have yet to find any reviews on this product on any site. If you found one please direct me to it so I can leave a ravingly great review on this product.

But please read my review I gave in the first post guys, it matches the the finish of the seats and door panels exactly. If you think your seats and door panels look glossy after applying 303 then I guess your out of luck on this product.

I guess it has only been 18 days since it was applied, but it still looks great!

By the way I ordered from HERE

The Sept 06 Service News is recommending Meguiars if the Acura cleaner product is not available.

Yeah I actually forgot that step. They did use the Meg's Rich Leather Cleaner to prep the surface. Thanks for pointing that out. I do suppose that you could use any leather cleaner to get the job done.

Yeah if I had time this week I would. Unfortuitely I have the work week from hell between my two jobs. Grand total of 83 hrs this week. Hell I found it hard to find time to shave this morning before work. And since I walk to job 1 and take the Trolley to job 2, I haven't seen my car for 3 days. I guess I'm lucky that my day job just requires me to sit here look pretty and close presentation meeting when needed.

I'm not the best to answer that question. I've never used Zaino's interior products, only their paint products.
