303 Aerospace Protectant
I was able to find 303 Aerospace protectant at a local boat store. Am I able to put it on over Armor All? It won't ruin the leather...right? Thanks for the help.

applying it over armor all ? why ?
its a vastly superior product . . toss the other stuff - and stick with 303 . ..
on leather? well, the label says you can , but i prefer items geared specifically to leather care . ..

what homer said.
throw away your armor all. seriously.
take a clean wet cloth and wipe off what is on your dash now.
apply 303.
let 303 dry a few mins and buff easily.
enjoy.

Based on recommendations from this thread and another thread I bought 303 Aerospace Protectant last night and applied it to my seats. The seats seem more shiny now and also seem a little bit more slippery than before I applied 303 (I hadn't used anything on my seats other than occasionally wiping the seats down with a wet cloth before applying 303). It doesn't seem greasy, just shiny and a little more slippery. Does the shiny-ness and slippery feeling go away eventually? Also, how often do any of you recommend utilizing 303? The bottle says every 3 to 5 weeks but personally I don't think you need to do it that often though I'd be curious to hear what everyone thinks. Also, is this really the best product out there for the seats or is Lexol or another product better?

303 if only for protecting the seats from UV rays, you'll still need to condition them every so often. I use Meguiar's gold class, but I've heard good things about lexol. To get rid of the shine on the seats you should just be able to go back over it with a clean cloth..at least that's what I do with my dash to get rid of the shine.

Anyone know of a online vendor that sells 303 that doesnt take you for a lot on shipping?
I have all my other carcare stuff already, and just need the 303. Couldnt find locally (Houston) without a long drive.

Big Block go VROOOM!
Yikes. This stuff is expensive! My two closest Ace Hardwares didn't have it. I ended up finding it at a regional auto parts chain (Murray's). $12.99 for the 375ml bottle. You can get a 500ml bottle of 1Z Cockpit Premium imported from Germany for $8.95. I still picked up the 303, but I think I'm going to be real judicious in its use.

Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Every penny. I used 303 on my wifes Civic two weeks ago for the very first time. On the outside I did all the plastic parts (grill, door guards, handles, all plastic trim, etc.). The plastic pieces now look like new. I used to use Armour All and the stuff evaporated after a few days and the plastic got dull. With the 303 it looks 100% better and its holding up very well. The Civic is parked outdoors so it gets exposed to the elements 24/7. On the inside it does leave more of a reflective sheen than I expected but it also works great. I highly recommend it.

Not terribly expensive if you purchase direct from the factory, in larger quantities, ie. 1) 16 oz + 32 refill = about $23 US.

303 is great on interiors. For a lower sheen, take a foam wax applicator and soak it, wring out all the water so it's damp. Then spray the 303 directly on the foam applicator, wipe down interior liberally in small sections and buff off with a dry or damp MF towel....this works great for a lower sheen

I get the 32 oz spray bottle from here 303
Plus, if you read the instructions, you can cut this stuff I think 50/50. I've done that and it still works great...
Oh, this is the Cleaner BTW, not the protectant. I do get the protectant from these guys too, but I dont cut it.
