I turn the steering wheel and a screw is ROLLING AROUND inside my wheel?! WTF!??!

ok guys...so...

bought the Ac one year ago, april 06 as you all know. Got the custom Ac wood grain steering wheel...notice last night as I turn the wheel, it sounds like a SCREW is flying around INSIDE MY WHEEL!?!? WTF?!?! not to mention now the TALK button on the HFL and the other voice button to activate (temperature etc) is also OUT, meaning they work but the backlight is out?! WTF?

has anyone had this before? looks like a loose screw that came off from the dealer installation a year ago of the steering wheel?

advice?

Don't you get warranty on everything that the dealer installs? Take it back to the dealer, and tell them what happened. Other then that, I'm sorry I can't be of more help.
