I got the bag when I got mine last year. It is nice in the winter and anytime I throw it in the trunk. It normally lives in my backseat without it though. The bag fold nicely and fit perfects in the fold out pocket behind the driver's seat.

I just ordered one for my '05 from www.autoanything.com. On the page for the Covercraft there's a site-note that says they will beat any competitor's price by $10 if you call their Customer Service. I called and said it was $47.99 on Amazon (it's $49.99 on the AutoAnything site) and they sold it to me for $37.99 with free shipping. He said he couldn't give me the Blue Metallic color though since Amazon only had the Silver one available for the 04-08 model and the part numbers had to match up. This will also depend if Amazon charges you tax or not based on where you live and I guess my zip code didn't include tax.

Can anyone tell me if these have some type of velcro strap so you can have it strapped closed when not in use? Or does it simply fold up and that's it?

I'm guessing the purpose of the bag is to hold it of course, but I figured this would have some type of velcro strap attached to it also..

Man, I really want one of those covercraft shades for when the TL sits oitside at my work, but paying that mush seems like soo much for a sun shade when they cost a couple bucks at Walmart for the generic ones.

It is a lot for a sun shade, but I will say its worth it. Fit is just what you would want, folds up nicely, keeps the car nice and cool. Just think about how many times you'll use it over the course of a couple years, and $38 doesn't seem too bad.

There is no velcro strap or anything to keep it together. It folds up and unless you have it laying down flat in the back seat with all of the windows down, it won't fly open.
