Maybe we can make a list of all the cheap mods that we can do to our TLs. I have seen such a list on other forums so it would be cool to have.

Cheap I think is less then $100. So post away people! I hope to gather some good ideas .

I will start. A good cheap mod is to paint the acura emblems black. Cost is $20.

For the 07+ TL owners I just realized you can get 9005 Nokya Yellow bulbs to get a JDM yellow look for your DRL. Cost is $15.

For us poor slobs living in the great white North, the WeatherTech Digital Fit floor liners. The fronts are about $100, whole set $180. I used to cringe every time I got in my car and saw all the snow I tracked in with me. On lesser cars I could knock my feet together outside while sitting in the drivers seat but with the TL's amazing "auto close" doors and Idaho's insane crown on the roads I nearly lose my legs if I dare try. :/

 

The OE CF kit? What it covers on mine was just plain black/dark gray plastic - around the seat heater buttons and around the cup-holders.

15 LED Panel fits in all four dome lights and the door panels. They don't fit in the trunk light but I chose to just stick it to the outside of the stock lens. Nobody ever sees the actual light housing anyways. It's space ship bright, so much so that I changed the drivers side front dome to a red light to keep from blinding myself at night when I'm on a dark highway and someone needs to find something in the car. Less than $50 for seven of them. Red ones cost twice as much since this vendor didn't have them.

^^I think he was talking about "used" bulbs....I've seen some on Ebay awhile back for around $30ish....

a guy over at works at miami auto lights and sells them for $25 shipped. i alrdy got my set. yes they are used but these are philips bulbs that are supposed to last longer than other bulbs and wont colorshift as it ages.

Never buy an EBAY intake without buying a reputable aftermarket cone.

I don't sell pre-cut because it doesn't cover "everything". The tail light tint that is precut is faster to install but the edges will still be shown for like 2-3mm's. Also, if you use a heat gun the vinyl shrinks so its easier to mess up with pre-cut. I can precut stuff, but I choose not to because its easier for me and the customer the way I do it plus there will be some left over for the custom to do other things.
