Best $100 mod/mods

I've been a very very long time lurker ever since 2004. Now I've finally got an 08 TL with navi. I was wondering what is the best mod/mods you can get with $100 dollars.

Without a doubt---the KP Window Rollup mod. $49.99
You will use it everyday and wonder why the factory didn't include it as standard.
I believe there is a 20% special on them right now.

Gasp! =o
20%... I think I know what I'm getting next. Is the 20% already discounted or is there some sort of coupon code?

Not sure if you can still get the price, but I spent $110 on a Comptech rear swaybar back in 2006- best mod I ever did for a base TL.

For < $100 you could do the LED lights and an oil catch can mod with parts from Home Depot.

Agreed on these. The RSB will make a huge difference in handling.

The Redline Racing ATF will greatly increase the reliability of the 5at and it will shift quicker.

I'm debating on the RSB or LED interior... but isn't the whole LED interior lights... more than 100?

The Comptech RSB from XLR8 because I believe they got a deal on it right now (below 100$ before shipping). Best mod you can buy for your car.

Progress or Comptech Rear Sway Bar

and I changed all my interior lights to LEDs including my License Plate. The interiors are only 1 LED so they aren't the brightest but they're nice. All for less than $40.

what?? those LED lights are like 2 bucks each. You can probably do the whole interior for around 20 bucks. I wouldnt even call them a mod...more like a cosmetic change.

Thank you for everybody with their opinions. I got the new navi disk already for my car. Is there a difference between Progress and Comptech RSB? Any suggestion where I could get the whole interior LED bulbs because most site are sold out.

progress makes the thickest rsb and therefor the most improved performance. It also has holes for both a stiff and a soft setting.

Just because its the thickest bar does not automatically make it the most improved performance. OP depends if you have an auto or a manual. If you have an auto go with the comptech because it will matchup better with your auto front sway bar. If you plan on getting a type S front sway bar then you shud go with a progress rsb.

imo that only applies on extreme turns at a point where the rsb will overwhelm your fsb when your car twists on a turn. Otherwise it will outperform the thinner rsb up to that point. Besides you can always use the soft setting and it will be similar to the comptech.

Just go to eBay. I got a 12 led board (very bright) for the dome and rear for around $12 for 2 or something like that. You can do the whole interior for less than $50. The two on the door would need to be the individual ones. This was one of my first mods cause they were so cheap.

Here is an example, but not the exact one I got. Similar though.
