the refinanced to pay ex off in 2007 when it wasn't low.

It's not low right now but I'm hoping that getting in while the development is brand new will pay off in about 3-5 years

Serious question- is sweet and sour pork, or ginger beef actually considered Chinese/Asian food? I was always under the impression it was created in North America because we gwairos are too afraid to eat the good stuff.

What are interest rates right now for buying homes? I'm assuming it varies across the country, but curious to see what it's at now. What was considered low?

I'm nervous when we have to refinance in 3 years that I'll end up getting screwed. We locked in at a low rate (I think it was about 2.99%), but I dunno if that will be the case in 3 years. I try not thinking about it until then

My 1st house my rate was 3.5% FHA..... This house the rate is 4.0% Conv....

The other one was a 4.2% 15 year Fixed...
