Has anyone started modding their RDX.

If yes, please show what you have done.

Pictures and videos are all here. https://photos.app.goo.gl/oFaENJr9AdLJ5o8P7 I just did a basic muffler delete. Waiting on new resonators now. You can use anything that works on a Civic Type R. Its the same engine and turbo.

I know a lot of the accord 2.0t performance parts would work. For example, down pipes, cat back, intakes etc. But because of torque management are only worthwhile with a tune from Hondata or KTuner which aren't available yet. So I imagine those who are looking to mod havent gone down that route yet. For my use case, there is more than enough power to trade off reliability and the warranty at this point. If the engine and tranny prove to be reliable, I'd definitely mod it down the line.

Does anyone know of a solution for lowering yet (just springs). I’m only planning on lowering and then 21s come next summer.

Seems hardly louder than stock. The turbo and cats must be doing a lot of the muffling on their own.
Notice any better pull with the mufflers off?

By removing your muffler would that void your warranty?

Catbacks and drop in filters never affect warranties, it's if you tune it and then do internals and big turbos that they get the Forrest Whitaker eye before voiding it

We haven't seen much interest compared to the competition who seems to change wheels and mod much more frequently. Hopefully that changes as we offer fitments for the RDX which are available now

@dthreatt did you ever end up doing a brake upgrade? I'm interested in upgrading at least the front rotors & calipers... if so, what did you go with?

It would be awesome if anyone does any mods to do some timed runs before and after to see what, if any, difference they make.
