So I’ve been contacting a few local dealers lucky there are about 10 within 50 mile radius of my home. I got the best offer and pitted them against each other and finally agreed to a price

44,556 plus taxes and fees which is around 3999 off msrp. This will include remote start not through Acura link, and all weather mats for a ‘19 SHAWD white pearl RDX,

i have to go sign paperwork tomorrow.

Pick it up during daylight, check inside and outside for fit and finish, drive it and go over some bumps in low speed to check for any noise. Good luck!

Prob referring to some of the issues....such as the entertainment system locking up...brakes squealing...BUT keep in mind the vast majority prob have no issues....people tend to post negative stuff on car forums..I say this and I dont even have a RDX,lol BUT do look over the vehicle very well..Look for paint issues, etc etc.....I bought my Volvo in Feb....salesman stated he had looked it over (they had it brought in from another State)....I found a small scratch....that most prob wouldn't care about..but I do.....your spending a lot of $$$$$..look it over ..go for a good test drive......and if ur not happy..say something...take ur time..congrats

If you're in Illinois, I hate you. We were just about to agree to a lease on just that vehicle yesterday (26th) and were told the only one with black interior just sold.

Only parchment is left with white pearl SH-AWD Advance and I really don't care for it that much.

Both. Watch out for add-ons from the finance guy. Make sure the salesman goes over everything, and try out all the infotainment stuff.

not in IL I’m in northern CA Bay Area, I had to walk away from a dealer down there the street from me because they allegedly sold the white one they had saved for me n tried to sell me a silver one, I drove 80 miles for a white one!!

I bought their extended warranty for 2049, and traded my TL for 1000, it had 239k miles on it..


on first impressions from my wife playing with info center, in seems finicky but nothing out of this world def takes some time getting used to and I can see past it because I like the look of the car, the sports + mode is pretty cool!! I really like that but then I remembered tte breaking in period and agreed to myself to keep it in comfort mode until at least 1000 miles.

If you think so, then it is. I got my car in August, and then I did not get that much off. At that time, the dealer was moving them like mad, and every person walking in to the dealer was looking at the RDX. I don’t know if it is like that at all now. I got the best dealer price they were giving at that time, and it was the ninth car I bought from that family-owned group. And I had to walk at what was their “best offer” and it took 2 days for them to call me back.

Get the best deal you can reasonably get, and then put it behind you.

I got 4k off of MSRP (incl. 1K loyalty) discount back in Oct'18. So try to negotiate more if you are buying '19 model at this time. You should have more bargaining power at this time due to lowered ranking at few reputable sites (consumer reports, etc).
