Just picked up a used 2016 RDX w Tech package. Each time I start the car, the Navi screen automatically turns on. Can I adjust the settings so when I start the car, the Navi Screen does NOT turn on automatically?

Yes, but I can't tell you how exactly right now. The RDX is my wife's primary driver and yesterday I displayed the station & song info.
It can also display any image loaded into the system with a usb thumbdrive. If it did not come with an owner's manual (who keeps taking those out)
you can register your Acura at their owner's site and access pdf files of manuals. Also, Googling what you want to do can bring up YouTube videos
that various dealers have made to explain functions. I found a few that were very helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that some settings are specific to each driver.
Notice that the keys have a number. You need to sit in the car with the key and change how things act using the MID (Multi Information Display) A new to you used car
is going to be set up for the last owner, make it your own.
