they wont be looking for people without front plates...
they'll be scanning plates in case a crime happens....

 

True, but my friend (works for SLPD) was instructed to look more for cars without front plates when that is installed, or else it wont be effective.

What are you looking to get done?

 

Timing belt and all that's included and suggested. Pump, belts, pulleys. Anything that should be done with it opened up.
