Dennis also confirmed, if you read prior to us engaging, that there will be lots going on that day.
PM him for his phone number and address.
he does have a fender roller, available to us, if you show up!
I will need a ride by one of our southwest buddies, because I have no car.
Houses go very fast. if I dont have the money, how can I say I want one, when some one else who is already prepared with a loan can swoop it up from me.
I'm not building one like you. I'm looking for one that is ready to move in.
just like buying a car, but on a larger scale.
have all your ducks in a row first, so that people know you're serious.
then when the perfect house comes about, i can just say...here's the check (of course with some negotiations)

my credit score is at 800.
all i need now is the loan, or the money. and to actually find a house.

you wouldnt look at a car, unless you have the money first.
I can re-apply for a loan as many times as I want.
I just need to know that they will accept my credit and at what APR they are going to give me
Because, i have everything all ready for them.
and no, i just started looking yesterday using HAR.com
fuck a Realtor.
same thing with a house. have your shit ready. your money, your home owners insurance(if no down deposits) your down deposit, have everything ready.
Most of it was all on the fly and I'm sure you're prepared. Any questions you have be sure to ask. Kudos to making the big step tho. Now I'll have more places to sleep in Houston
