No for the mazda's, friend has a 3 but he just upgraded to a GS. I dont think a wrx or legacy is under 12. A TSX maybe.

 

The Wrx is around the 2004-06 can be found around 9k-13k range along with the legacy. It's the sti's that your not going to be able to afford.
