Look at what we did today! Please notice the ThermoBlock spacers stealthily against the throttle body and the intake manifold.
Thanks again for all the help Ruf!

Now that we know how to not do it it won't take us so long next time.

And

Oh, and don't forget about Elana (sp)

Mark, the check engine light went out after I disconnected the battery for a while. I took it out and drove it like I stole it for around 15 minutes just now. It seems to be running really well.
I may have to replace the plugs really soon -- just to get everything up to spec and know that the CL-S is running as good as it possibly can (for 120k miles).

Oh Elena B., you're so dreamy...
Seriously, though. Guys, there's a girl working at Fox & Hound on Midway almost at George Bush who is so fawking hot. It's not even worth describing her past saying "PERFECT" -- for me and some gear head I was there with anyway...

Mine seems to run like it does when it's a bit cooler, so I think it's doing the trick.
And yes, we need to change the plugs as I'm sure some of the
we worked on cleaning up ended up gunking up the plugs. So is this another impromtu meet?I'm really hungry
and I'd like to look around some more at the sights.

I'm all for a plug replacement / Fox and Hound meet!

I'll probably order a new set of plugs this week since it's such a quick mod and I'm itching to get the CL-S running as well as possible. Let me know when you'd have a bit of time.

Also, do plug wires ever need to be replaced? Maybe I'm just thinking of older cars with distributors and stuff...

I'll have to stop buy for a beer.
Sucks that I have to work on Saturday. Otherwise, I would be there. A couple of you guys have already been informed that you are due for a drive to Austin. Grayson and I are talking about getting a few people to head down here for a bit of a drive in the near future. Everyone will agree that we have the best driving roads in Texas.

The car has a love it hate it following, and I am in the first group... Always liked the sound of the V8 Porsche, and after owning it a few short months, can say there isn't much else like it. My dad bought it new in 1986, I got it in Dec as a graduation gift. If you go to the BBQ this Sat, I could bring it by and give you a ride...
