Pretty good 3G TL turn out at cars and coffee this morning. Talked to one guy for a bit and it sounds like none are very active on AZ Lots of dedication to get those spots at like 4 am.

Yeah man, that's TXTL which I am a part of. A lot of them (most) do not want to join the forum for some reason. TXTL is based off facebook and its easier for them to log onto facebook than get on a forum so none of them join. TXTL is going to be a new group soon, new name and some people are getting the boot because of issues. Trying to get a bigger group of Acura owners of all models accepted of just have everyone be part of Acurazine but they refuse. Its too hard to log online I guess

Hey thanks! The last car group I was with were the Supra guys and most of them were pretty fun to hang out with so I'm hoping this will be at least as good as they were! The car right now is just the base model manual, but I'm trying to slowly acquire parts to build it up. Things like the aspec kit and the stock Nav setup as well as exhaust and maybe some engine building. I'm pretty good at wiring (that's my job in the Navy) so doing electrical work should be fun. This weather has been pretty crappy so far but I'm hoping to go to the next Cars and Coffee meet. I've never been to one before but I hear it is pretty killer.

 

Well if your going, my boys usually go. That's who are in the pics above. I wont be attending because Im going to Houston to get some Interior parts for my car before the National meet in Kansas City on the 14th of June

 

I'll have to check it out then. What time do you guys normally show up for cars and coffee?

 

haha well if you want spots within the parking lot, like 4-5-6, or they are all gone. lol Find a FB group called TXTL and friend request it. Its our car group where most ppl communicate with TL's. A lot of them are not on here, but if you want to meet them its another opportunity

 

The closest thing I could find was TX_TL and there was no friending it. Just liking the page. It didn't look like it had been updated in a while either.

Yeah actually im going to Houston to pick up an entire Type S black interior so im out as well on the 6th/7th. Then the 12-14th ill be in Kansas City for the National meet. Well have to set something up for the end of the month for sure! 21st or 28th it is. I work almost every Saturday. Moving into a house right now so im limited to time lol. Plus im installing full interior, custom wood trunk, air ride, and wheels(they come in today)

Its been too long brother. I have both cars down right now working on heavy repairs, and mods. I can bring either one out to a meet tho. Ill be gone this next week on training. How about Sunday the 23rd around noon!

 

If still available I am actually in need as I have a strut going out. I am in Saginaw and could come by to get them. Unless Baller wants them more.

 

The 23rd I have a game at 2PM so it would be cutting it a little too close. Schedule looks open besides that.
