i've had the zune for a little while now and for the life of me i don't understand why the zune software is not recognizing some of my media. i have pointed the software to the folders where my music and such is but it is not showing up in my collection or on my device. does it have some kind of copyright protection on it??

i tried making the zune a device that'll show up in "my computer" but the only thing you can do is delete files, you cannot place files onto the device using that. any ideas?? thanks in advance

 

If i want to add a file, i just drag it onto the zune software. it will add it to the collection and then sync with the zune
