Users opening a file or viewing a specific JPEG image could be at risk if a hacker exploits the flaw and tries to gain access to a personal computer.

#1 SP2 fixes this problem.
#2 Use Firefox, and not IE, and the problem never existed.

use sp2 ?? u must be nuts..

but i agree w/ using firefox. You should still download the patch even though u use firefox cuz if you open a jpeg from an explorer address bar then it'll most likely open it in IE

i recently tried firefox, but noticed some features not available that are in IE, the most notable was the ability to right click on a file or link and "save target as", do i need a special plugin?
