Whose got the Intel 855 Integrated Graphics in their centrino laptop

I am almost convinced to get either the Gateway200Xl or Fujitsu S700D for college next year, but one thing is holding me back..

The damn integrated intel shared graphics....

To anybody who has this card, can this thing play back DVD's smoothly and with a nice picture, and can it play the occasional decent game like rogue spear or something, how about internet graphic games, it shouldnt have any problems with that right like www.candystand.com and all.

Thanks for the help

I am thinking all laptops have the video integrated, but not shared with system memory.

I ran rouge spear on a p3-850 with 32mb ATI mobility in my dell laptop, which would lead me to believe you would have few problems.

yes but it was a 32mb unshared ATI card, where this has no video card just the integrated shared intel video.
