So I have my v710 from verizon pluggen into my pc, which the program finds, but when I go and try to delete the "factory" pics from the phone it says Other CDMA Phone on COM3: The phone is not responding while manipulating the filesystem.

Anyone use BitPim with a moto and know wtf I am talking about?

 

Never used BitPim but you might want to look at a little program called P2k Commander. That one will allow you to delete whatever you want. It's easy to use too! Just be carefull with what you delete though.
