Just wanted everyone to know. My phone hangs up all the time. I can't wait to get a job and get a new service provider.

the phone is prob fine, you just suck at using it. take it to a store and have a tech look at it for you. they wont charge you anything. it probibally has liquid damage

 

seriously...are you sure you know how to use your cell phone?

 

...because of course it can't be the Verizon network, right? The user is the blame....

 

If you only worked the retail end of of cellular u would know why i ask this question!!

I have VZW, I have dropped calls all the time...I know the frustration slo007, Ill be switching from VZW to nextel shortly

 

my verizon phone has also started getting dropped calls all the time for the past 2 months. And i know is not the phone because they gave me a new one already. Not to mention the recent internet problem they were having with the express network... And i hate their customer service, i spent at least 6 hours talking to serveral tech in trying to get a driver for the modem in the phone. Some told me theres no built in modem, some told me I am not suppose to be able to use it with the smartphone 2002 OS, etc etc...

 

I have also experienced the same time of erratic nuisance of dropped calls..if we can't blame the huge verizon network then its got to be a faulty phone...i have that pos t720 still, looking to upgrade soon... and yes i frequently do the roaming updates for the phone *228...

 

the moto 720 is the biggest piece of shit phone we have ever sold. get rid of that and i guarantee you wont be dropping calls

NO matter the carrier, there is always going to be someone that has shitty coverage in some area....

 

I've had VZW for about a year now and still pretty satisfied. No problems with dropped calls at all and I'm literally out in the middle of nowhere. I did have a problem with my phone about a month ago - kept switching between hands-free mode and regular mode. Went to the local VZW store, they reprogrammed the phone but that fix only lasted a few hours. Went back the next day and they gave me a brand new phone. I was impressed!
