I have the Samsung A890. I don't think I can upload a mp3 onto my phone. any other suggestions?

The one I use is called Audacity with the LAME mp3 encoder. It's really simple to use and it's free. Just google it and you should be able to find a copy. Just use audacity and LAME as keywords.

i paid 12 bucks at mp3ringtones4u.com and you can download them there...The guy who runs it is cool and if they dont have one you want, if you ask him, he usually gets it within a day or two

I believe it does. Buy a USB cable and then you can up and download ringtones all you want.
