Hey everyone, it's been a while since I posted here. I'm building a vBulletin 4 based forum (not at all car related, don't worry) and I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the message near the top of the screen that guests see. Acurazine's reads

Also, if anyone knows how to make the /forums/forum.php page show smaller lines, like how this; https://acurazine.com/forums/index.php that would be helpful too.

I'm running vB 4 but if you know something 3 specific don't hesitate to share, I'll figure out how to adapt it.
