hey does the moto v600 have the aim capability?

wut if i got it from cingular? kuz i kno cingular offers aim plans but im not sure if the cingular v600 is programed with aim.

I think you would have to flex the phone to be able to use AIM. At least that's the case with ATT's v600

I did flex my V400 with a V600 soft. but AIM is not configured to work with Cingular. I might need to look on a firmware upgrade

Flexing means to change the base software which the phone runs on.

Cingular and AT&T have branded software which limits the phone to their network. Plus they want you to buy ringtone and shit.
