The speaker on my Treo 600 went out last week. I have the insurance for it so I called them up. They could have very easily charged me the $35 and sent me a refurbished phone (that's the deal with the 600 cause of the $$). Nope, they told me to go to my local SprintPCS store and talk to them. The phone is less than 1 year old.

2 days later I went and picked up a brand new Treo 600.

Nice since mine had all kinds of scratches and dings on it.

Bought a Krusell leather case for it too.
