Has anybody used their Automated Service? That shit is crazy. I can go thru all kinda stuff and talk to the automated voice, but it works so good, its almost like a real person. The voice asks you questions, and you can answer right back , you're almost having a freaking conversation. It tripped me out, because half the time those automated services suck ass, but T-Mobile's is really impressive.

 

haha, I guess sometimes its better talking to the automated thing than a real customer care rep.
