SSH FTP Server for Windows Servers

I've used SSH FTP Server on Linux but never on Windows.

Is this built in or do I need a third party solution? If third party, what is cheap and good?

Same boat here. I heard a windows version isn't suported for windows anymore.. I have been told to use a program called PUTTY. I need to do some ssh port forwarding from a windows box behind a proxy server.

Correct. You can configure putty to forward any port via port 23 (SSH) and thus have the contents encrypted. That if you are making a connection to a server.

Sure you can install SSH as a windows service. I have succesfully made and SCP but have not tried FTPing over SSH.

You can refer to http://www.cygwin.com/

you can set up ssh port forwarding to encrypt ftp traffic if your ssh program supports port redirection.

I just found this http://sshwindows.sourceforge.net/
I tested it and it seems to do what I want.
