I backed up my treo 700w with sprite which i downloaded from the palm website. A day after my backup, my phone falls off my clip and the screen is broken. What fuckin luck....

Now i claimed my insurance and recieved the newer 700wx, I tried restoring everything from the backup on my new treo but it keeps saying my password that I put in to load the backup file is wrong. I know what password is was but for some reason its not right.

My old phone still works, recieves calls and still syncs with the computer. When i sync though I guess activesync doesn't load the contacts.
Verizon can't back it up at the store either, because they need the screen to work in order to transfer the data.

WHAT THE FUCK CAN I DO? help meee
