gPhone OS details
Apparently Cnet thinks that Google is set to unveil their new google phone os on Monday. Should be really interesting to see where they are going to go with this.

I was moderately interested in it until I read this:
Why on Earth would I want to see advertisements on my phone???? Like I don't see enough elsewhere on a daily basis... 
Google might not even put their logo on the phone itself—they just want to sell advertisements to users through it.

Looks like its a Linux based os with a well thought out UI that is very scalable. Open source, open for development, avail for any platform. Basically providing a free os for the phone, win mo's role.
