well for the most part I just came to the realization that Im not a PDA guy. Its a nice sleek phone. But its really slow to navigate through. I mean really slow. You are always waiting on the damn thing. The roller is a big pain in the ass. The qwerty keyboard is made for my daughters fingers. It sucks when you're trying to txt someone. You have to hit the shift button for one thing then hit another button to get another symbol. I thought it would be way easier then T9word but its much more tedious. I cant type on this thing to save my life. I also wanted it for the ease of internet. Well I went on to AcuraZine while I was at work yesterday, it was a freakin chore just to make one small post. Thats where a touch screen wouldve been way better IMO.
With Verizon they have wireless sync, which after about an hour of trying to set it up just frustrated the hell out of me. I then realized that its not really worth getting my home emails on the damn thing anyway, Im really not that important. Then I tried syncing it to my computer, well.....I use outlook express, not outlook, so it would not sync any of my contacts.
I take that back, actually it did, it synced my contacts when I used to use outlook like 2 years ago. So now I have my regular phone contacts and a shitload of email contacts which half of them I dont use anymore.
The phone itself as far as talking on was great. Thats about the only thing I liked about it. Windows mobile just really sucks. The menu combine with the motorola menu structure is just so much harder than any LG Ive ever owned. I guess I got too used to the ease of my last LGs menu browsing. I mean I couldnt do something as simple as turn the camera shutter sound off. For that matter, changing any sound settings sucks. You are very limited to what you can customize. For some reason I thought I needed something like this, but I quickly came to understand that I dont. Even if I were to get used to this phone, it has so many quirks about it that I already hate I know I would be just miserable with it..
Now you may think differently. This is one of those, try it for yourself things. But Im going back to a regular ol flip phone. The Q did not satisfy one need for me...

been carrying the Q for several months now, it's alright...just gotta get use to it. much better than the vzw Q that i had earlier this year. but as trance said, windows mobile is not for everyone. Q is a Q, not much sprintizing done to it.
