Sidekick II

Hello, I am considering the TMobile Sidekick II (seems like a cool device) to replace the wireless EDGE card I am using.

Does anyone know if full web browsing is supported? eg; Would I have full capabilities on this site? Smilies, etc...

How is the performance, battery life, etc?

Thank you in advance.

The search function only yielded a Sony/Ericcsson group buy.

I have one for strictly data. Use it when im out on the road.

You can have up to 3 pop server email accounts, one being the tmobile acct you get with the service.

It has AIM on it already.

And it has limited web browsing. Non-secured. And you have to get used to how it display the web page content. Its by no means replaces web browsing on a PC. But it gets the job done as a secondary means. I like mine....just dont really like tmobile. When my year contract is up I'll most likely go with a treo or something.

Cool, thanks. I have a wireless EDGE card I use in my laptop, but thought the Sidekick would provide some decent web browsing.

Can you get to this site?

With POP3 I would at least be able to get Yahoo! and gmail.

Since you only use it for data how much do you pay a month with taxes? I was thinking about picking one up.
