sharing outlook contacts

I was just wondering how everybody did this. I am using a shareoutlook contact program and so far it been giving me a lot of grief and headaches. The thing doesn't sync right and sometimes just doesn't work well. I though about exchange. Anybody know of a exchange host and is good and works well. I have about 20 accounts I would guess I would need.

I would just export them to a spreadsheet and then import to wherever they are needed.

That would be too time consuming to do that every couple hours for 20 accounts.

are all the users' mailboxes on the same exchange server? sounds like they're using POP3 accounts as opposed to Exchange accounts. if this is the case, and they are on the same email server, you can use Net Folders.
