Sharing Outlook

I was wondering what was the best method for sharing outlook data such as the contacts and scheduling. I looked into sharepoint, and a software called 4team. I don't want to use exchange due to the high cost. Only about 10 people in the office will be using it. Thanks

I miss the Outlook 2k/98 method of sharing using email. It would email the changes to the other people behind the scense and update teh calenders automaticly.

I purchased the Outlook helpdesk application from this guy http://www.kalmstrom.nu/

He has some other things on there that you may be able to use. The products are pretty good, cheap and customizable. I think he has a suggestion on the site for using a public folder. That what we do here at work for sharing contacts or calendar info between groups.

This is wat we looking for:
We all have contacts in our list and calendars. I want to be be able to see a contact in other person list. Or see what they are doing for the day. It doesn't have to be real time, and it can be updated once a day for example. It just easier than calling the person or going into their computer when they are not there that day. Etc. Basically an automatic export to the share folder and import.

All the people would be on the same LAN and there is a file server.
