SE W810 battery life question

SE W810 battery life question
Hey guys I just got a SE W810 and I was just curious what to expect out of the battery life? Say 30 min phone calls in total a day, and 30 mins of walkman usage, how long would it last?
Also is it just me or does the battery indicator jump around a little? An hour ago I checked my phone status, and the battery had 39% left, which was suprisingly low, but now I check it again, and it's at 55%. Should I be worried?
Oh and what's "Emergency Calls only"?
