Nope...

We're getting all new appliances and went with GE Profile stuff. The reason we didn't go with stuff like LG or Sumsung is because of a lack of consumer history.

They look nice though.

Never heard of their appliances. I'd go with GE Profile or GE Monogram... Maybe I'm a little biased though

I was lookin at GE... but feature wise... the Samsung was better
Also price... i got hooked up for about $500 off regular price

that REALLY influences your decision

not to mention... it looks fukin kool... stainless steal... digital temp reading on tha front... etc.

I know... its retarded to base your decisions on looks, but fo some reason... looks make a big difference for me

Looks are a BIG thing, but so is reliability. Hopefully you won't have problems.

What if you need parts? Who cam service these appliances? To me, I rather pay a little extra premium to know that it's been time tested and can be fixed if it ever were to break.

But, I hear what you're saying. And I've seen that model. It looks good!!!

I know I'll never buy stainless steel appliances again. I put a SS frig in my outdoor kitchen in my pool area. It shows every little finger and hand print on the door so easily. The black frig in the house is so much more forgiving.

SS looks nice when clean, it's just keeping it that way is a bitch.

And as for Samsung. I'll go with a name in that field, Sears or GE. I know the background on those and the support I'll get.

Should have bought this one
http://www.samsung.com/Products/Refr...r_RH2777AT.htm

I saw this on Tech TV. The screen comes out so you can walk around with it. The screen also has a built in camera. Why someone would need it... I have no idea...... but it is cool

Dayum... notice they have no price tag ont that thing.

ya.. I thought about the whole reliability thing also, but it does have warranty and I also have insurance on my home where if any major appliance craps out.. you pay $50 deductable and they replace/repair it. I figure, if it craps out over 1 year (5yr parts) then I'll go through that.

They also had the 5yr warranty thing from BB for $149, but I didnt get it. Figured, worse case, I'll go through insurance.

Great.

We went entirely stainless in our kitchen.

I knew it would be a little more work keeping them clean. I've hear of a good prodcut out there (can't think of the name) that really does a good job on removing fingerprints and smudges.

Guess we'll have to get in a habit of wiping them down after use. Oh well...

I had a Samsung microwave oven. It worked great, until a house fire took it out of service.
