Question Hyper-converged

Anyone working with hyper-converged infrastructure at their place of business.

Which one are you using and have you looked at others.

I have been playing with them all but so far we are a Nutanix shop, we have been using them for 2 1/2 years at this point and from playing with all of them I have to think that they are still the leader of the pack.

Sorry, very little virtualization here and no hyper-converged at all. Wish I could have helped.

How big is your company
we are looking for a hybrid, some local some cloud to burst when we need the space or some specialized testing.

We have about 300 servers there. We were sold off from a large corporate entity and had to get out of their data center. We elected to go to AWS instead of trying to stand up our own stuff.

did we sell you off (my company is dumping products "Faster than Charlie Sheen can say winning after 3 lines of coke")

We currently have 2000 physical servers and 40000 vm's between machines that are leased and private pools.
The cloud gets expensive fast.

Originally executives wanted 80% of that in the cloud until we got around half a percent of what they wanted out there and they saw the bill. They screamed when they saw the 100k bill for the month.
