I just have an issue with the camera not wanting to work all the time. Other than that, great reception and what not.
I have one and love it, also in the fire (red) color.
However, I'm on my 2nd one. My first one was replaced just shy of 30 days after purchase. It wasn't holding a charge so I went back to the Verizon store. They spent a while "diagnosing" it, and I ended up with a new phone. It would hold a full charge for less than a day once it started acting up.
The kicker (and what is worrying me), is that there was a lady standing next to me at the service counter while I was describing my problem to the employee. After I finished, she jumped in and asked if there was a problem with KRAZRs because she just had her 2 phones replaced with completely different ones due to the same problem - not being able to hold a charge.
So, I'm up in the air on this one. I've had the new phone about 2 weeks now and not having a problem yet. But, my first phone lasted about a week and a half longer than this before it started getting drained, so I'll have to see how it goes. I'm going to be really pissed off if this phone dies past the 30 day warranty date.
My advice: proceed with caution.

I've had one for about a week. I like it, good battery life and the camera is a hell of a lot better than my old one (v551). It had been a while since I upgraded phones so maybe I'm a little behind in what phones offer but I'm happy with it.
