i just picked one up tonight. I thought the video demo was somehow faked, but after trying it I was amazed. I was able to talk to my friends in our server room which is usually impossible. I picked it up at ATT store for my Verizon Blackberry 8830. $119. Highly recommended.

I just bought one of these this weekend. I took off the earloop and attached a jabra eargel to it so I put it on and take it off easier. It works great. My friend has one too, and the earloops keep breaking on him, so I think the eargel's the way to go.

Never heard of the Jabra eargel, googled it, pretty neat. I too prefer the in-ear attachments ala Samsung WEP200 as opposed to the over-the-ear loops which hurt like hell after a while.

Really interested in this as a replacement for my WEP200, which matched my old D500, but the Jawbone got really good reviews, and was mentioned in the "pics of your latest toys" thread. One thing I'm not a fan of is its cheese-grater look though, which apparently the folks at cnet love. "Designed by a world renowned industrial designer"... BFD.

The demo is cool, but it sounds like the quality of the call/your voice is really crappy with the noiseshield on. Cool, but wouldn't want it on all the time.

It's actually pretty light. The thing with the Jawbone is that its voice sensor needs to be touching your cheek in order for the noize cancelling feature to work effectively, so you need a secure fit. With the Jabra eargel, I get a secure fit, and I don't need the earloop.
