Password protecting a USB flash drive

Any suggestions on how I should do this? I know there are tons of options, but I want something very reliable and is multi-operating system compliant and figured you guys would have some good recommendations.

That looks like it will work, it's also what a few others had recommended, I just wanted to make sure it got the Acurazine seal of approval and it did, even without my recommending it!
