One of my users has a weird issue with OWA. When he logs in (IE) he see's a limited number of emails. All old and seem to be random. Months apart. If I log in as him in firefox, everything is up to date. But no matter how I log in using IE its not up to date. I've tried multiple PC's.
edit: if I log in using the web access light it appears to work. But he wants full features...

 

curious, were you using the same version of IE on all machines you tried?

 

7 and 8. He prob has 6 at home, but same result on all.

 

how many messages does he have in his inbox? its not doing some weird sorting by chance is it? at the top in the dropdown, it is set on messages correct?

 

WTF it is! His most recent "sort" was remembered and re-displayed on every IE login, but lost and set back to default in FF.
