Question NiMH Battery Question

I just bought a set of 2700 mAh rechargeable batteries but then realized the charger I have was bought with some 1800 mAh batteries.

Will this charger work on the new batteries?!

Should be fine.

Most chargers just specify whether they work with a specific type of rechargable - i.e. NiMH, NiCd, Rechargable Alkaline, etc, and not the capacity of the battery itself.

Yeah, you'll be fine. Just do NOT put a NiMH battery on a NiCad charger, unless you want to burn your house down.

It will take longer to charge your 2700 mah vs 1800 mah. Otherwise you are fine.
