New Sprint Phone, I broke mine... credit??
OK... well... I broke my sprint phone, yeah, it was my fault, I closed my door on it cuz my buddy behind me in his car spun out so I jumped out of my car to help him and ended up crushing my phone in the door jam.
Well, the phone still works... but the screen has a large crack in it... gotta get a new one.
anyone here work for sprint? Maybe give me some ideas as to how to get them to give me a credit on this phone, or like a discount on the new ones. I've been a customer for a little less than a year, and they're saying to get a credit for the phone I need to have been with them for 2 years... I'd think that means the phone's just worth little/nothing then anyways, but whatever.
Basically I'm just wondering, maybe someone here works for sprint, can I get a tip of advice, maybe a "clause in the contract" i dont know about.

yea, the number is 18 months that I gotta be with them

I have the Samsung N400, when I got it I thought wow, great phone w/ internet and color, but I miss calls, and the fuckin phone list freezes on me, and so do other menus when I try to use them at times (before dropping it). I dunno, just kinda frustrated and tryin to find a way I can save some money
