Need Some Computer Help
hi guys... i ordered a computer from cyberpower last week and it is coming in sometime next week and i just need some help.. i am a computer noob.. but i would like to know how to identify the parts and stuff once i get it.. how do i check it the parts is the right one where do i look etc etc. i ordered a p4 3.2 dual core and i wanna see if its the right one and not a 2.8 overclocked to a 3.2 i want what i paid for so if i paid for a 3.2 i want a 3.2 not an overclocked 2.8.. can you guys help me figure this out.. i know cyberpower can be trusted but i would just like to take percaution. thanks

Not bad, I prefer AMD CPUs and I would've bumped up the video card to at least a 6800, but then again I game. If you ever plan to upgrade, your power supply won't be adequate. That CPU should be good for a while though.
Try http://www.pcpitstop.com/ when you get the machine. Simplist thing is to right click 'My Computer' then 'Properties' after that you can run through 'Hardware' - 'Device Manager' to see check what you got.
