I have a 7105t and it receives my gmail. About a week ago it stopped receiving my gmail and I have tried everything to get it to start again. In the past all I have had to do is power cycle it but it is not working now. I have deleted and re-added my gmail account info turned it off for 24 hours, told it to manually synchronize with my inbox but nothing works.

Any ideas?

 

ARe you getting G-mail as a secondary mailbox? In other words, does it also get mail from another mail account?

 

Nope, everything is forwarded to my gmail and then the blackberry is set to synchronize with the gmail.

 

Sounds like you are not getting data service from your provider. Can you send a PIN message / surf the web on the browser?

 

Other than the e-mail everything works as it should. I can browse the net and everything. I am going to call t-mobile and see if they can resend my service books and see if that does anything. If it doesn't I am going to see if they can issue me a replacement.

 

Cool, last thing to try is to regenerate encryption key (Options, Security, press in trackwheel)....
